Corporate videos

In short

PragaWeb’s corporate videos present your company, products and people in formats for your website, social media and presentations, from script to edit, with subtitles included.

A corporate video is a video that presents your company, your products or the people who work there, made for a specific goal: getting you known, explaining an offer or persuading people to get in touch. PragaWeb produces corporate videos for websites, social media, campaigns and presentations, handling the whole process: idea, script, filming, editing and subtitles.

The service is designed for small and medium-sized businesses, craft workshops, manufacturers and professionals who want to communicate more directly than with text or a photo. The result is a clear video, in the right format for each channel, that you can use for a long time.

When you need a corporate video

  • Your product or service is hard to explain in words.
  • Visitors spend little time on your site and do not immediately understand what you do.
  • You only post still images on social media and get little attention.
  • You want to present your company at trade fairs, to clients or to candidates without repeating the same pitch every time.
  • You are preparing an ad campaign and need moving content.
  • You want to show what happens behind the scenes: processes, the production floor, people.

The corporate videos we make

  • Brand film: tells people who you are, what you do and how you work. It is the video for your home page, LinkedIn and sales presentations. It usually runs from one to three minutes.
  • Product video: shows a product in use, its details, features and benefits. It is useful on e-commerce product pages and in campaigns.
  • Reels and shorts for social media: short vertical videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook. We also cut them from the footage of other videos, so one day of filming produces more content.
  • Interviews and testimonials: the owner, a technician or a customer speaking to camera. People trust people, and a well-edited interview conveys expertise.
  • Tutorials and explainers: short guides showing how to use a product or service, which cut down on repeated support questions.
  • Subtitles and accessibility: every video has accurate subtitles, in English or Italian as needed. We add them because many people watch with the sound off, and because deaf and hard-of-hearing viewers must be able to follow the content. On request we also prepare a text transcript.

How we work on your videos

  1. Brief: in an online call we define goal, audience, channels, length and tone, and gather the materials you already have.
  2. Concept and script: we write the concept, the voice-over or interview questions and a shot list. You approve everything before filming.
  3. Planning: we agree locations, people involved, schedule and release forms. For filming at your premises we agree logistics and any travel together.
  4. Filming: we shoot over one or more days, paying close attention to light and sound, which are what make a video look professional.
  5. Editing: we edit, grade the colour, and add licensed music, graphics and subtitles. You receive a first cut and can ask for changes.
  6. Delivery: we hand over files in the right format for each channel, with tips on how to publish them.

Technical choices and formats

We edit with widely used professional software such as DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro, and use After Effects for motion graphics. We deliver MP4 files (H.264 or H.265), the most compatible format for websites and social media, in the aspect ratios each channel needs: landscape 16:9, vertical 9:16, square or 4:5. Subtitles are available burnt into the video or as a separate SRT or WebVTT file that your website’s player can switch on and off.

If the video goes on your website, we also take care of how it loads: a heavy video slows the page down. We compress it, prepare a poster image and embed it so it does not hurt page speed.

Timing and costs: what they depend on

The cost of a corporate video does not depend on its length but on the work needed to make it. The main factors are:

  • number of filming days and locations;
  • complexity of the script and number of people involved;
  • motion graphics, a professional voice-over or specific music;
  • number of versions and formats to deliver;
  • subtitle languages.

A short video typically takes two to four weeks from brief to delivery. Projects with several videos or locations take longer. We always give you a quote split into phases before starting.

Why choose PragaWeb for your corporate videos

  • A single point of contact from idea to delivery.
  • Accessibility as standard: subtitles always included, not as an extra.
  • Videos made for the web: lightweight, in the right formats and embedded without slowing your site.
  • More content from one production: from the same shoot we produce reels, shorts and business photography.
  • Connected to our other services: we can use the videos in your social media management and in Meta and Google ad campaigns.
  • Files you own: you receive the final videos and, where agreed, the original footage.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a corporate video cost?

It depends on filming days, locations, people involved, motion graphics and the number of formats to deliver, not on length. After an initial call we send a quote split into phases, with clear costs for each.

How long does it take to make a video?

A short video typically takes two to four weeks from brief to delivery. Projects with several videos, locations or complex animation take longer.

Why are subtitles always included?

Many people watch social media videos with the sound off, and deaf and hard-of-hearing viewers must be able to follow the content. Subtitles make the video accessible and more effective for everyone.

Can we use the video on social media too?

Yes. We deliver landscape, vertical and square versions, and from the same footage we can cut short reels and shorts to publish over time.

What do we need to prepare?

We need a contact person, access to the filming locations and the availability of the people who will appear. We prepare release forms and the running order together with you.
