Social media management

In short

Social media management is the ongoing running of a company’s social profiles: editorial plan, content, scheduled publishing, community and reports on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Social media management is the professional, ongoing running of a company’s social profiles: defining a strategy, preparing an editorial plan, creating and publishing content, replying to your community and measuring results. PragaWeb’s service is designed for SMEs and professionals who want consistent, well-kept social channels on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok without spending hours on them every week.

The aim is not to “post a lot” but to post useful content for the right people, at a pace you can sustain and with clear goals: raising awareness, generating leads, supporting sales or attracting candidates.

When do you need a social media manager?

  • Your company profiles have been quiet for months or are only updated when someone has a spare moment.
  • You post, but without a plan: random topics, different graphics every time, no idea what works.
  • Messages and comments go unanswered for days.
  • You want to open a new channel, such as LinkedIn for B2B or TikTok for a younger audience, and don’t know where to start.
  • You invest in advertising, but the profiles people land on look neglected.

What our social media management includes

  • Analysis and strategy: a look at your audience, competitors and existing profiles; choosing the right channels and goals.
  • Editorial plan: a monthly calendar with topics, formats (posts, carousels, stories, reels, short videos) and publishing dates, shared and approved with you before anything goes out.
  • Content creation: copy, graphics and short video edits. For photo shoots and more structured video we draw on our content and creative service.
  • Scheduled publishing: content goes live at the best times for each channel, with nothing forgotten.
  • Community management: replies to comments and messages following agreed rules, with sales enquiries and complaints flagged to you straight away.
  • Regular reports: reach, engagement, audience growth and top content, explained in plain language alongside next month’s actions.

Which social networks we work on

  • Facebook: useful for local businesses, events and an adult audience.
  • Instagram: images, stories and reels for products, services and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
  • LinkedIn: the channel for B2B, company reputation and recruitment.
  • TikTok: short, spontaneous video, a good fit if your audience is young or your product lends itself to demonstration.

You don’t need to be everywhere: two well-run channels beat four abandoned ones.

How we work

  1. Kick-off call: we get to know your business, audience, tone of voice and goals.
  2. Review and proposal: we assess your current profiles and propose channels, frequency and costs.
  3. Editorial plan: each month you receive the calendar to approve, with room to request changes.
  4. Production and publishing: we prepare the content and schedule it with official tools such as Meta Business Suite.
  5. Community and reporting: we look after comments and messages and review the results with you at the end of the month.

How much does social media management cost?

The cost depends mainly on the number of channels, how often you publish, the type of content (a graphic costs less than an edited video) and how demanding community management is. Any budget for promoted posts is always separate: if you want to boost content with advertising, we handle it through our Meta and Google advertising service. Work is usually on a monthly fee with an initial period of a few months, the minimum needed to see real trends.

Frequently asked questions

How many posts a week does a business account need?

There is no single right number. Consistency matters more: for many SMEs, two or three quality posts per week per channel is a good starting point. We set the frequency together based on goals and resources.

Do I approve content before it is published?

Yes. Each month we send you the editorial plan with copy and graphics to approve. You can ask for changes before anything is scheduled.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Collaborator access to your profiles, your logo and any existing brand materials, and some information about products, customers and news. Photos and videos of your work are valuable; if you don’t have them, we can produce them.

Does social media management include paid promotion?

Organic management and advertising are two different activities. We can handle both, but the ad budget is separate and you pay it directly to the platforms.

Do you reply to comments and messages?

Yes, following rules we agree at the start: what we can answer on our own and what we pass to you immediately, such as quote requests or complaints.
