PragaWeb is a software house and digital studio that builds custom software, websites and online shops, and handles marketing and communication for businesses across Europe. The brand belongs to Pragaweb s.r.o., a company based in Prague, and works mainly remotely, in Italian and English.

Who we are

We are a team that brings together development, design and communication. We believe a business does not need three separate suppliers who never talk to each other: it needs one partner who understands its processes and turns them into digital tools that work. That is why you get a single, direct point of contact who follows your project from start to finish and answers your questions without middlemen.

What we do

Our work is organised into three areas that complement each other:

  • Software development: custom management software, web applications and portals, mobile apps, integrations, automation and AI solutions, modernisation of ageing software and cloud.
  • Websites and e-commerce: corporate websites, landing pages, multilingual sites and online shops that are fast, accessible and easy to update, plus maintenance and support.
  • Marketing and communication: social media, advertising, email marketing, SEO and GEO, and content such as video, photography, design and copywriting.

How we work

Every project follows four phases. They are simple, but they give you control over time, cost and results.

  1. Listening: we start from how you work today, what is not working and what you want to achieve. We ask questions before we suggest solutions.
  2. Proposal: we present a plan with clear timescales and costs, split into phases that can be released and used one at a time.
  3. Development in short releases: we work in small steps and show you progress often, so you can change course before it is too late.
  4. Evolution: after delivery we stay with you for support, maintenance and improvements whenever you need them.

What we believe in

A few principles guide every technical choice and every client relationship:

  • Accessibility: a website or app should be usable by everyone, including people who rely on a screen reader or only a keyboard. We design to WCAG 2.1 level AA, the international standard for web content accessibility.
  • Speed: lightweight pages and responsive applications save time for the people using them and also help with search engine rankings.
  • Ownership of code and data: the code we write for you and your company’s data remain yours. We do not tie you to us with technical lock-in.
  • Clarity on time and cost: we would rather tell you upfront what is realistic than promise now and renegotiate later.
  • Privacy: we only collect the data we need. This website, for example, uses no profiling cookies and hosts its fonts on its own server, without loading external services when you open it.

Where we work

We are based in Prague, Czech Republic, and work with businesses across Europe through video calls, email and shared collaboration tools. When needed, we also meet on site.

Where is PragaWeb based?
PragaWeb is the brand of Pragaweb s.r.o., a company registered under Czech law and based in Prague. We work in Italian and English with businesses across Europe, mostly remotely.

Will I have a single point of contact for the whole project?
Yes. You get one direct contact who follows the project from start to finish, even when it spans several areas such as software, website and marketing. You never have to repeat yourself to different people.

Who owns the code you write for me?
The custom code we write for you and your company’s data remain your property. We set this out in writing in the proposal, so you know from the start what you receive on delivery.

Do you only take on large projects?
No. We can start with a single piece of work or a limited first phase. We split projects into releasable parts, so you can begin with what you need now and grow over time.
